Terms of use for micronoxs.com
These terms cover the use of the website at micronoxs.com, run by Micronoxs, a supplier of enclosures, connectors and DIN-rail parts placed near Eindhoven in the Netherlands. Reading the site, sending a list through it or writing to the mailbox means you accept them.
What the site is for
The site describes the families of parts Micronoxs keeps in stock and lets a visitor send a part list to ask for a price. It is a catalogue and a letterbox. It is not a shop: nothing can be bought on it, no card is taken and no basket exists.
A list is an enquiry, not an order
Sending the request form, or an email to [email protected], asks for a quote. It does not place an order and creates no contract. A contract arises only when you confirm a written quote by reply and Micronoxs accepts that confirmation in writing. A quote is valid for the period printed on it and may be withdrawn before it is accepted.
Product information
Every dimension, pitch, wire range, current, voltage and IP figure on this site is either a measurement of the part or a figure published by the part's maker, repeated as the maker's. Micronoxs does not test parts, does not certify them and gives no advice on whether a part is suitable for a design, a load, an environment or a regulation. Nothing on this site is sold as rated for medical, automotive-safety or aerospace use, and no part should be selected for such a use on the strength of anything written here. Descriptions are corrected when a maker changes a figure; the figure in force is the one on the quote.
Acceptable use
You may read and print the pages for your own business use. You may not copy the tables, text or photographs to another site, scrape the site, send the form automatically, send false part lists or use the mailbox for anything but a genuine enquiry about parts. Attempting to interfere with the site or its form relay is not permitted.
Intellectual property
The text, the part codes, the tables and the arrangement of the pages belong to Micronoxs. Photographs are used under the licences listed in the credits below, and their makers keep their rights. Makers' part numbers and product names quoted on a quote belong to those makers and are quoted for identification only.
Limits of liability
The site is offered as it is. Micronoxs does not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent Dutch law allows, Micronoxs is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a figure on this site rather than on the maker's datasheet, from an interruption of the site, or from a form that fails to arrive; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The terms that govern a supply of parts are the ones printed on the quote and the order confirmation, not this page.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about the site are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right a consumer has to sue in their own country.
Changes to these terms
Micronoxs may change this page at any time by publishing a new version here. The date at the foot of the page is the date of the version in force.
