Small parts for panels and boards, listed by measurement and sold by the box.
Micronoxs keeps enclosures, connectors and DIN-rail components in a stockroom near Eindhoven, for workshops, integrators and repair benches. Send a part list; a written price comes back by email.

Every line on this sheet is written the way a stockroom reads it: the bin the family lives in, the sizes carried, what the maker prints on the part, and how many pieces come in a box. Adjectives are left off on purpose. An enclosure is its internal dimensions and its lid fixing; a terminal is its pitch and its wire range; a rail is its profile and its length. When those figures match your drawing the part fits, and when they do not, no description will make it fit.
The ratings in the sheet are the maker's own, copied from the datasheet or the moulding. Micronoxs supplies the part. It does not test it, certify it or sign it off, and it sells nothing as medical, automotive-safety or aerospace rated. A job that needs a figure with a name behind it needs the maker's name, not ours.
Quantities are by the box. The box column is the smallest count we ship for that family; multiples of a box price better than a broken one, and a written quote shows both figures so the choice stays yours. Each family opens on its own page with the full size list, and the bin codes on this sheet are the same codes those pages use.

- We supply parts; we do not certify or assemble
Four families, six bins
what each bin holds, and what it does not
ABS and aluminium enclosures
Wall-mount and rail-clip boxes listed by internal and external dimensions, lid fixing and cable entry. The IP figure beside each family is the maker's. We do not drill, machine or print them.
Screw and pluggable terminals
PCB screw terminals and two-part pluggable blocks by pitch, way count and wire range. Circular and rectangular shells by contact count and cable side. The current is the figure printed on the part.
Top-hat rail and rail-mounted blocks
Rail in whole bars, both profile heights, slotted or plain. Terminal blocks, end stops, jumper bars and marker strips from the same family, so a rail fills left to right without a gap.
Glands, grommets, ferrules and labels
The consumables a panel uses up: nylon glands by thread size, grommets by hole diameter, tinned ferrules by wire cross-section, and blank or printed labels. Sold by the bag or the box.
Part-number cross-reference
Send a part number from any maker's list and we answer with the nearest family we carry, stating every measurement that differs. Where nothing matches, the answer is that nothing matches.
Box quantities and lead times
Each quote names the box quantity, the number of boxes and a lead time in working days. Stock lines and ordered-in lines are marked as such before you commit to either.
How an order runs, from part list to parcel
the same five steps for a box of glands or a pallet of rail

An order at Micronoxs is a list, checked twice and packed once. Nothing about it is clever, and that is the point: a repair bench replacing one enclosure and an integrator building forty panels go through the same five steps.
- Send the part list. Part numbers where you have them, measurements where you do not, a quantity against each line and the country the parcel goes to. A photograph of the old part beside a ruler is a perfectly good line when nothing else is known.
- We read it against the stock sheet. Each line is matched to a family, a box quantity and a bin. If the nearest part differs from what you asked for, the difference is written next to it in millimetres, not left for you to discover on the bench.
- You receive a written quote by email. One line per part: the description by measurement, the box quantity, the number of boxes, a lead time in working days and the delivery. It stays valid for the period printed on it, and nothing on it changes afterwards without a new version.
- You confirm; we pick and pack. Boxes come out of the bin named on the sheet, are checked against the quote line by line, and are packed with the maker's label facing out so your goods-in can read every box without opening it.
- The parcel arrives with a packing list that repeats the quote. If a line is short or wrong, the packing list is what you send back to us, and it is answered from the same mailbox that quoted it.
Three habits run through all of this. Measurements before adjectives: a part is described by its figures, and words like compact or robust do not appear on a quote. The maker's figure, never ours: an IP rating, a current or a temperature range is printed on the part by the company that made it, and we repeat it without adding to it. A straight no: if a part is not carried, not available in a box quantity you can use, or not something we should be selling for your purpose, the answer says so in its first line.
Work we turn down, so nobody has to ask twice
- Machining, drilling, printing or panel cutting on any enclosure
- Assembly, wiring or installation of any kind
- Certification, compliance advice or sign-off on a part or a panel; every rating we quote is the maker's
- Anything to be sold as medical, automotive-safety or aerospace rated
- Design work on your board or your layout
We supply the parts and describe them accurately, and we stop there.
What benches ask before they order
seven questions, answered the way the counter answers them
- Can I order a single piece?
Not from a box family. The box quantity on the sheet is the smallest count we ship, because a broken box has to be counted, re-labelled and stored, and the cost of doing that to one gland is larger than the gland. A box of ten glands or a bag of a hundred ferrules is still a small parcel. Rail is the one exception: it is sold by the bar, and one bar is an order.
- Do you machine or drill enclosures?
No. Every enclosure leaves here exactly as the maker packed it: blank walls, or the knock-outs and gland holes the maker moulded in. Drilling, cutting, engraving and printed panels are workshop jobs, and the moment a hole is made the IP figure on the box belongs to whoever made the hole.
- Is the IP rating yours or the maker's?
The maker's, always. We copy it from the datasheet or the moulding and quote it as theirs. Micronoxs does not test enclosures, holds no rating of its own and certifies nothing. If a job needs a rating with a signature behind it, that signature has to come from the maker.
- Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes, to addresses in Belgium, Germany and the rest of the EU, by parcel carrier for boxes and by pallet for rail bars and larger enclosure counts. Delivery is its own line on the quote, priced for the country you name. We do not ship outside the EU.
- Can you tell me which part fits my board?
We can tell you which of our parts matches the measurements you give us: a pitch, a way count, a wire range, an internal dimension. We cannot tell you whether that part is right for your board, your load or your environment. That is design, and design is not something we sell. Send the figures and you get the matching family, with any differences listed.
- Do you supply cable assemblies?
No. We sell the shells, contacts, hoods and glands loose, in box quantities. Crimping, soldering and assembling them into a lead is wiring work, which we do not do. A bench that wants a finished lead needs an assembler; a bench that wants the parts to make one is who we serve.
- How is a quote put together?
From the part list you send. Each line is matched to a family, a box quantity and a bin; the price is written per box and per line, with the number of boxes needed to cover your quantity, a lead time in working days and delivery to the country you gave. It goes back by email from [email protected] as a document you can forward to purchasing unchanged.
A part list is all a quote needs.
Part numbers or measurements, a quantity against each line and a delivery country. The written price comes back by email, one line per part, from [email protected].
