Ask for a price on a part.
A part list, a quantity against each line and a delivery country. The written price comes back by email from [email protected]; the rest is our job.
Send the list
part numbers or measurements; both are fine on one list
What happens after you press send
in order, in working days
- The list lands in the tray at [email protected], and the tray is read every working day, Monday to Friday.
- Each line is matched to a family, a code, a bin and a box quantity. A line we cannot match comes back marked as unmatched, with the nearest family and the measurements that differ.
- The quote is written as one line per part: description by measurement, our code and the maker's number, box quantity, number of boxes, lead time in working days, and delivery to the country you named.
- It reaches you by email, from the same address, as a document that purchasing can process without a call.
- You confirm by reply. Stock lines are picked against the quote; ordered-in lines are placed with the maker and their lead time starts from that day.
Nothing is automatic. A person reads the list, writes the quote and answers the reply, which is why the answer takes a working day rather than a minute, and why it is right when it comes.
Boxes for a quantity
arithmetic on the two figures you type
Every family ships in whole boxes. Type the pieces you need and the box quantity from the stock sheet to see how many boxes cover it and how many pieces are left over.
The counter
one mailbox, one stockroom, one service area
- Mailbox[email protected], the only address Micronoxs uses. Quotes, order confirmations and packing-list queries all come from it.
- HoursMonday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, Central European Time.
- PlacedA stockroom near Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands. No walk-in counter; collections by arrangement.
- Service areaThe Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the rest of the EU. Not outside the EU.
The list can also be sent as a plain email to the mailbox above, with the same fields: name, delivery country, parts and quantities. The form only saves you typing the subject line.
